Without doubt, he is the great master of the Basque Cuisine, but he is the eldest of them all. Both Juan Mari Arzak and his daughter Elena, who was chosen the World’s Best Female Chef Veuve Clicquot 2012, manage the most fabulous signature cuisine one can find. Pedro Subijana is the chef in charge of the extraordinary and original cuisine offered by this restaurant, which has three Michelin Stars and breathtaking views. A visit to this restaurant is a real must for all those who want to enjoy a dream meal.

This is one of the last restaurants in San Sebastian which has received a Michelin Star. It is managed by Daniel López, who is interested in the development of an intelligent and, at the same time simple, cuisine. It is a cosy and modest restaurant located at the very heart of the Old Town, closed to the harbour.

Even though it was a very popular restaurant already in the 70s and 80s, it wasn't until Ruben Trincado (thrid generation) arrived that the restaurant received all sort of commendations from locals and visitors. It won its first Michelin star in 2010.

Andoni Luis Aduriz is the chef in charge of this well-known restaurant awarded with 2 Michelin Stars. It is located in an old typical Basque farm and in it we can enjoy a very personal and innovative cuisine, although always based on local products.
