It is open nearly all year round, Monday to Thursday only in the evenings and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays both for lunch and for dinner. There are several dining rooms and besides the typical cider house menu, both for adults and children, it also offers different activities related to the cider.

It is only open during the “txotx” season, January to April. It is one of the most traditional cider houses there is and it offers the possibility to take the meat yourself. There is great atmosphere and they prepare the cod both fried or with a sauce.
OIARBIDE – Caserío Oiarbide, Astigarraga - Tfn.: 943 553 199
It is only open during the “txotx” season, January to April. As the previous one, it is among the most traditional cider houses where the “kupelas” still are closed with tallow. It offers dinners every day except on Sundays, and lunches only on Saturdays.

It is situated between Astigarraga and Hernani and it is only open during the “txotx” season, from January to April. It has three dining rooms and also offers the possibility to eat standing up or sitting down. It represents really good value for money.
GARTZIATEGI – Paseo de Martutene, 139 Astigarraga - Tfn.: 943 469 674
This is one of the oldest cider houses there is. It only opens during the “txotx” season, from January to April, and there is no possibility to sit down. There is a large dining room for up to 150 people and it is one of the best if you use public transport.
